MICHAEL VAN DEN HOVEN
Builder and Director
As Founder and Director of Hoven Homes, Michael has over 17 years experience building in Australia, the UK and New Zealand. Trained and qualified as both a Licensed Builder and Carpenter, Michael’s precision building skills are second to none.
Michael’s passion for construction has taken him from building unique and amazing houses and homesteads in New Zealand’s most stunning landscapes, and across the world to London, where he worked on some of the most prestigious homes and luxurious apartments in the city.
Based in Coogee since 2014, Michael has been building and collaborating on high end residential builds in Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs, demanding perfection for each and every project. Unique Architectural design elements are his forte, as he loves bringing these exciting and challenging concepts to life. Working with some of the most prestigious architects in Sydney is a true passion, and led him to found Hoven Homes.
Michael takes a hands-on approach to his role as Builder and Project Manager at Hoven Homes, personally ensuring each aspect of your build has the highest level of workmanship. Michael’s commitment to your build, and the high respect he has for the client-builder relationship, ensures your project runs smoothly from beginning to end.
