1.
PLANNING
Contact Michael on 0450 349 882 to chat through your requirements, or email info@hovenhomes.com.au.
Michael will personally coordinate an obligation-free meeting to understand your current project stage, and define your unique project goals.
This initial discussion allows us to determine if Hoven Homes aligns with your construction needs, and develop a tailored solution.
In cases where you do not already have plans, Hoven Homes can offer recommendations for architects, interior designers, and other necessary consultants as part of the planning process
2.
DESIGN
Engaging with us early in your project offers several advantages. Our expertise in construction costs enables us to identify potential cost savings or design alterations that can significantly impact overall pricing. Additionally, early engagement allows us to identify and mitigate any potential issues that could disrupt the construction timeline.
The planning and selection of finishes plays a crucial role in minimising potential variations, ensuring the project progresses smoothly, within budget, and on schedule. Hoven Homes can also assist in recommending an interior designer aligned with your style to facilitate the finishing schedule. However, if you prefer to make your own selections you are more than welcome to do so, as Hoven Homes is accommodating of individual preferences.
3.
PROPOSAL
Based on your plans, Hoven Homes will develop a comprehensive construction tender proposal.
Collaboratively, the proposal can be refined to align with your budget and vision. Hoven Homes employs the use of BuildXact Construction management software to ensure the professional management of the project from the initial proposal stage, all the way through to its successful completion.
4.
CONTRACT
Following the collaborative development of a building proposal tailored to your needs, we will proceed to prepare an Industry Standard Master Builders contract. This contract will be signed by both parties, ensuring a clear and mutually agreed-upon framework for the project.
5.
CONSTRUCTION
We maintain complete transparency throughout the construction process, starting from day one, until the moment the keys are handed over. Michael will work closely with you, ensuring your involvement at every stage. Having access to Michael who is the Builder and Project Manager in one is what sets us apart. You know and trust who you’re dealing with, resulting in a stress-free experience.
Safety is a top priority for Hoven Homes, and we employ the HazardCo Health & Safety online system. This system not only assures the safety of tradespeople, but also prioritises the safety of our clients.
You, as the client, are invited to sign in for site visits, allowing you to safely witness the construction transformation taking place.
Michael maintains regular communication and provides frequent progress updates, involving you directly in decision-making throughout the project. You are granted access to the online BuildXact Client Portal, ensuring you’re well-informed and engaged in the construction process. Hoven Homes is dedicated to delivering a home that surpasses your expectations with an unwavering commitment to quality.
6.
COMPLETION
Upon the completion of construction, we will coordinate a final walk-through to ensure that every corner of your home aligns perfectly with your dream vision.
